We inform our client that we only serve this one menu, which we have
been serving with success since 1947.

8 different fresh vegetables: celery, carrots, baked onions, sweet peppers,
courgettes beans, broccoli and french beans. On a separate plate we
serve Prosciutto di Praga (smoked ham) and Bresaola della Valtellina
(salted beef dried in special cellars)

at the client's table or in the kitchen.
